Roxanne James Finds Words “Humanitarian And Compassionate” Outrageous. Conservative MP Roxanne James running for re-election in Scarborough Centre.

Scarborough Centre MP Roxanne James feels the words “humanitarian and compassionate” are outrageous. Saying those words “don’t really jibe with me. To have those things in the same sentence is, to me, outrageous.”
